3. Eligibility Criteria

• The claim is submitted within 30 days of the refusal or objection notice.

4. Cases Where the Guarantee Does Not Apply

• Refusal due to descriptive, generic, or non-distinctive elements of the mark.
• The client changed the trademark, logo, or description after the search.
• Application refused due to inaccurate or misleading information by the client.
• Rejection caused by missed deadlines, procedural lapses, or voluntary withdrawal.
• Refusal under Section 9 (lack of distinctiveness or generic terms).

2. Attach a copy of the official refusal or objection notice.

4. Once verified, a 100% waiver on professional fees will be applied for your next trademark filing in the same country.

6. Limitations & Scope

• The guarantee applies only once per original filing.
• The re-filing must be claimed within 90 days of approval.
• The policy applies only to trademark filings, not other legal or IP services.
• Selfcraft Legal reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this policy without prior notice.
